We offer quality SAMA Training, that is in compliance with SATORIS’ design guidelines. SAMA (Satori Alternatives for Managing Aggression) is a tool designed to de-escalate an aggressive patient or escalate patient without the use of force but techniques that will keep both the patient and staff safe, using the assisting process as first priority.
This program will train & prepare you on how to handle challenging behavior safely and compassionately.
